Exercise Programming
Counter intuitively, a lack of physical activity increases the risk of musculoskeletal injuries. Technology has given us automated lifestyles that deliver all our basic needs with the press of a button. While useful, these unprecedented conveniences decrease our need to move, cause us to gain weight, and then exacerbate the problems caused by that weight gain — problems such as muscular degeneration, and the pressure on ligaments, joints and tendons.
Chronic pain usually accompanies these conditions and affects every area of life — from your ability to fall asleep to your desire to socialize to your need for prescription pain relief. Now is the time to make lasting changes that prevent a decreased quality of life as you age! Daily physical activity will stave off disease, improve mental health, increase social engagement, improve cognitive function, and decrease the risk injuries or falls.

From fitness beginners to experienced enthusiasts wanting to take their training to the next level, we provide an integrated training plan based on scientific principles from the National Academy of Sports Medicine OPT Model. Our integrated system includes a combination of:
Flexibility Training
Balance Training
Cardiorespiratory Training
Core Training
Plyometric Training
SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) Training
Resistance Training
We utilize the NASM OPT model which systematically progresses any client to any goal. NASM OPT is based on the scientific rationale of the human movement system, and is designed to correct and prevent muscle imbalances caused by daily living. Each stage comes with a designated purpose broken down into five phases of training.
Stabilization Endurance — To increase muscular endurance and stability while developing coordination.
Strength Endurance — To further increase neuromuscular efficiency while increasing the strength of major muscles.
Hypertrophy — To increase lean body mass and achieve optimal levels of muscle growth. This directly contributes to increased metabolism for weight loss and a more defined physique.
Maximal Strength (Optional Phase) — To increase overall strength.
Power (Optional Phase) — To increasing the speed of muscle contraction.
